modify the Add so you can select a "create new" this would then refresh to add the Email Type as a input field
when created it would update the entities and add it to the storeemails.
when a new email type is created, it also creates a default email type that can be exported and added to the data for the store.

I don't think we need a form to create a new email type (we can use the Webtools for this) because code changes will be required to trigger it.
