In order to evaluate OFBiz as an ecommerce solution, our organization is planning to install it under xampp (www.apachefriends.org/en/xampp.html).  Do you see any problems with this setup or have any suggestions for the install?

                 Key: OFBIZ-1294
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/OFBIZ-1294
             Project: OFBiz
          Issue Type: Task
Environment: Windows XP, LAN with wireless access, xampp installation for web server, php and mysql
            Reporter: Vincent C. Brown
            Priority: Minor

Our organization is evaluating ecommerce packages starting with osCommerce and OFBiz.  We are using xampp on a Windows XP platform for a quick setup of web server, php, and mysql.  Prior to the install of OFBiz, we are requesting your input as to whether OFBiz will work in this configuration, if so what pitfalls should we anticipate, or what would you recommend for as the platform for a low resource impact evaluation.

Thanks

Vincent

    Resolution: Invalid

The proper place for this sort of question would be the user mailing list, not the issue tracker, so I'm closing this issue since it's invalid, ie not an issue.
