Catalog -> Stores -> OFBiz E-Commerce Store [9000]

2) Choose a wrong party id in the "Pay To Party Id" field

3) Click "Update" button

An application error is generated.

BTW: it would be nice to have a lookup button for the "Pay to Party Id" field

Bruno,

If you enter wrong data, you will get this kind of error messages in the whole framework.
For user friendly error messages, there is already an jira issue OFBIZ-255, you can take a look there.

BTW after your suggestion I added the lookup field to trunk (r643325).
