Pagination links for chart of accounts page are messed up after an account is added to the list.

Go to: Accounting>General Ledger> (click on the Setup link for the "Company" record) >Chart Of Accounts

You'll see a list with all the GL accounts associated to the "Company" party.
The pagination links in the top part of the list form are messed up after that you add a new account to the list (using the form at the bottom of the screen).
