Description:
Anonymous email sign up on the front end of the ecommerce store, where someone can just select a ContactList from a select menu and enter their email. Then they will be added to the ContactListParty of the ContactList.
The email address will be created as a new ContactMech and added to ContactListParty under partyId _NA_
