Here is the patch and it will shows the information relevant to product on mouse over.
Problem in this is the popup is not shown at appropriate position relative to cursor pointer.
For reference I have attach the screenshot of UI.

Please have a look on it and improve suggession.

Here is the updated patch for the same.
I have done some changes in the popup.js to position the X and Y coordinates of the popup div.
please have a look on it and let me know the possible improvements.
The screen shot of UI is also attach.
