yes I tested it
however there is the note about whether to use a common ui label or not.
If there are no real objection to my reasoning, then it can be submitted.

Thanks BJ,

Your patch is in trunk revision: 684348.

As suggested Scott, I put the button into the 1st screenlet.
And as suggested Vikas I used a label more consistent with the existing one : "New Store" hence "New Web Site"
