Enhance the formatting of widget macro templates for HTML:

framework/widget/templates/htmlScreenMacroLibrary.ftl
framework/widget/templates/htmlFormMacroLibrary.ftl

See rev. 767096 for a small step in this direction (how to use <#t/>, <#lt/>, <#rt/> to suppress spaces in output code etc...)
The final goal is to have a more readable:
1) set of macros
2) generated output html code
