The secure url error occurs on the 2nd page of the payment settings. If the settings are within the 1st page it works fine, but it extends to page 2, the error surfaces.

Steps:
1) Go to catalog > Stores > Select OFBiz E-Commerce Store
2) Click on Payment tab.

Now there are two options. Error come only with one of them.

Option 1:  Edit any Payment Method. Submit the form at the bottom. Now click on NEXT link, you will see the error.

Option 2: Click on NEXT link, no errors.

PS: Please provide enough detailed steps (any supporting error logs) whenever you report any issues.
