Hello Vivek,
Here is the patch for the functionality to show information about promotions, discounts and adjustments in Pick Ticket PDF for an order.
Following are the steps for testing the patch.
1. Create a new promotion.
2. Use this generated promo code in the creation of a sales order.
3. After the creation of order, click the "Print Pick Sheet" link from order detail page.
4. A PDF will be generated including information about promotions, discounts and adjustments.
