The old WorldPay Select Pro is no more supported and it has been replaced by the new Select Junior.
I have integrated it into this new patch and it supports also the new Payment Gatetway Config entities.
It's very similar to the PayPal payment gateway and now it's no more necessary any jars from RBS WordPay so I have removed it from build.xml of accounting component.
