Divesh, I followed your testing step with or without the patch on this issue but could not see any difference as you mentioned in the screen. Am I doing something wrong?

Hello Vikas,

I missed one step in testing steps. I have made changes in description Now you will observe that "Qty Ordered"  field is not shown. But after applying the patch you will see that "Qty Ordered" disabled field is added.
