Should filter payments related to the company owner of the FinAccount (as it is currently implemented) and also all the divisions associated to the fin account using the roles screen:

https://localhost:8443/accounting/control/EditFinAccountRoles?finAccountId=9000

(aka parties associated to the account in the role of Division).
