Bluelight theme does not support the new help system
---------------------------------------------------- Key: OFBIZ-2972 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/OFBIZ-2972 Project: OFBiz Issue Type: Bug Components: ALL COMPONENTS Affects Versions: SVN trunk Reporter: Bruno Busco The attached patch adds all the required files to the Bluelight theme to be compatible with the new help system. Few styles have also been changed to get Bluelight theme better. To have the messages.ftl rendered in the Showhelp screen (as required by the new help) I was obliged to introduce two new theme resources: VT_NAV_OPEN_TMPLT and VT_NAV_CLOSE_TMPLT these are used to open and close the appbar rendering. This is required because Bluelight theme needs that the navigation section includes the appheader section and I did not find a better solution.
