Description:
Selecting the "View Cart" link after selecting the promotions link, causes the shopping cart to be displayed below the left column. Nothing is displayed in the right/middle column. Please see attached graphic for more information.
Turns out if I alternately select the "View Cart" link, it will first display correctly to the right of the left column and then (on a subsequent selection) display below the left column. This can be done repeatedly with the same results: one time below the left column, the next time to the right of the left column.
