One Page Checkout Ajax Formating Bug

During the one page checkout the formatting gets messed up - please see attachment

Steps to reproduce

1. start here - http://ofbiz-vm.apache.org:8080/ecommerce/control/main
2. add any product into your cart
3. click one page checkout
4. I logged in using the admin user
5. click Continue to Step 2
6. you should now see the formatting error

Tested in FF3.6 and SF4 on OS X 10.6
