"send email" link returns this error

org.ofbiz.widget.screen.ScreenRenderException: Error rendering screen [component://party/widget/partymgr/CommunicationEventScreens.xml#EditCommunicationEvent]: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Could not find screen with name [CommonMyCommunicationEventDecorator] in class resource [component://humanres/widget/CommonScreens.xml] (Could not find screen with name [CommonMyCommunicationEventDecorator] in class resource [component://humanres/widget/CommonScreens.xml])

Same error in my 9.04 setup and in trunk on demo site.

The  CommunicationScreens.xml in partymgr calls out this
    name="CommonCommunicationEventDecorator" location="${parameters.mainDecoratorLocation}"

${parameters.mainDecoratorLocation} appears to be equal to component://humanres/widget/CommonScreens.xml, but that does not contain CommonCommunicationEventDecorator
