Hi all,
I have a problem with order->requirement.
After creating a requirement of  type INTERNAL REQUIREMENT.
approve requirement giving an error like

The Following Errors Occurred:

Error calling event: org.ofbiz.webapp.event.EventHandlerException: Commit multi-service global transaction failed

while other type PRODUCT REQUIREMENT  working fine

The system attempts to create a production run when an internal requirement is approved but I'm guessing you have supplied a productId so it fails.  The error message could definitely be improved.
