The reference path to the DocType Definition is too short by one relative path,
ie. one "../" is missing.

I noticed this in my customer working copy and need to review this for trunk when I am back to my development machine.

This currently prohibits proper validation of the XML files as the doctype reference points to a wrong location in the project path.
