OFBiz should be improved to allow for Order Items and Item Issuances to manually associated with Shipment Items.

The Order Items page of the Shipments application is the only form I've found that manipulates such data but it doesn't work when a store Reserve Inventory setting is set to "N" because OrderItemShipGrpInvRes is not used.

Can anyone explain the purpose of the OrderItemShipGrpInvRes entity?  Does it store information that can't be determined from the ItemIssuance  entity?
