When the page is refreshed or the "Continue" link is clicked after the session times out on the Order Entry Shipping Options page, the user is not returned to the initial Order creation page where the Customer/Supplier is entered.  Instead the shipping options page turned into a contact creation form.  The page should detect that the cart has been destroyed and bring the user back to the initial creation page.  I haven't tested timeouts on other pages.
