I think we can use List form for editing existing adjustments. I tried using screen widget to do this. Good news is, its working (Form part).  I'll look into required services to get it fully functional.

I Converted the Add form for Adjustment in single row.
Then i created the error UI labels for the new services.
And i changed the order.pdf.
Now order.pdf contains the details of new adjustment and its description.
