User is not able to add new address from manage address screen.
Here is the steps to regenerate issue:
- Goto http://demo-trunk-ofbiz.apache.org/ecommerce/control/manageAddress
- After login click on "Add new address"
- Fill all the details and click on save
- You will get error.
