Invoice transactions for sales tax adjustments manually added to purchase orders are not supported leading to an error when attempting to change the invoice status to "Ready for Posting".  

GeneralLedgerServices.xml#createAcctgTransForPurchaseInvoice does not include logic to set the glAccountTypeId for purchase invoices for item type PITM_SALES_TAX.
