Facility --> Inventory Item listing shows incorrect ATP & QOH for products with multiple supplier listings...
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: OFBIZ-599
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/OFBIZ-599
Project: Apache OFBiz (The Open for Business Project)
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: product
    Affects Versions: SVN trunk
         Environment: N/A
            Reporter: Ray Barlow

When using the facility screen to list products from a supplier it can show incorrect values for ATP & QOH.

Using the demo site you can see this affect using these screens:-
1) take note of the ATP & QOH levels reported for product WG-5569 in the catalog application:
  https://demo.dejc.com:8443/catalog/control/EditProductInventoryItems?productId=WG-5569&showAllFacilities=Y

2) using the facility screen select "Demo Supplier" and click find:
  https://demo.dejc.com:8443/facility/control/ViewFacilityInventoryByProduct?facilityId=WebStoreWarehouse
What you will see is the ATP & QOH values are multiples (3 by default I think) of the correct ATP & QOH values reported in step 1

3) I suspect the cause is the number of suppliers products and prices linked to WG-5569 i.e. 3:
  https://demo.dejc.com:8443/catalog/control/EditProductSuppliers?productId=WG-5569
It also does it for discontinued supplier entries, maybe needs a distinct entry in the SQL somewhere.

This may be a side effect of the optimisations done for http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/OFBIZ-407
