Fixed Asset calendar should support displaying events by assignments date range.  Currently WorkEffort.estimatedStartDate and estimatedCompletionDate are used but WorkEffortFixedAssetAssign.fromDate and thruDate are the fields that control the visibility of the event based on its date range being active.
