EmplPositionType CEO and CFO seem just as common as PROGRAMMER and SYS_ADMIN so it seems to make sense to add them.  ResponsibilityType GENERAL_MGMT is the common responsibility of position CEO and should probably be included also since it is just as common as SALES_MGMT and FIN_MGMT.
