Add a [Quotes] button to link from https://ofbiz_host:8443/partymgr/control/viewprofile to ordermgr/control/FindQuote. Currently there is no direct access to see a party has a quote in the system, without cutting and pasting a partyId, typing,  or searching.

For example if a CSR is at https://ofbiz_host:8443/partymgr/control/viewprofile?partyId=13224, they should be able to click on a link that would take them directly to https://ofbiz_host:8443/ordermgr/control/FindQuote?partyId=13224
