Getting following errors on console related to execution of macros when generating inventory reports -
1) Macro "renderLookupField" has no parameter with name "lastViewName".
2) Macro "renderTextField" has no parameter with name "placeHolder".

Step to regenerate:
1) Go to FACILITY component.
2) Select a warehouse and go to Inventory screen and generate pdf (/facility/control/ViewFacilityInventoryByProduct).
3) See the console log.
