Steps:
1) Navigate to Party page.
2) Search for parties, select Company Party ID.
3) Navigate on Tax Infos tab to, Add Party Tax Authority Info.
4) Add detail of "Tax Authority Party" and click on Create button.

Expected :
Tax Authority Party should add successfully.

Actual:
Showing error while adding Tax Authority Party.
