Steps to regenerate -
1) Navigate to Accounting -> Agreement.
2) Click on Agreement Items tab and select any agreement item and move to its details page.
3) Click on Party tab.
4) Click on New Party tab to create new agreement party.

Expected : Proper form validation should be there for mandatory fields.
