Make Inventory Transfer a multi-form

Change the Facility > Inventory Xfers page:
https://demo.opentaps.org:8446/facility/control/FindFacilityTransfers?facilityId=WebStoreWarehouse

to be a multi-form with row-submit.  

Add a link to [Complete Requested Transfers] which will find all inventory transfers in the Requested status and set their new status Id on the form to "Completed" by default, so all you have to do is click on a series of these and hit [Update] at the bottom to complete these requested inventory transfers.
