Code written in Minilang for the if-compare tag is not consistent throughout the application. The correct pattern to write is
<include-screen name="CompanyLogo" location="component://order/widget/ordermgr/OrderPrintScreens.xml"/>

Found a wrong way to write this tag,
<include-screen location="component://party/widget/partymgr/CommunicationEventScreens.xml" name="commOverview"/>
