Jacques,

OK, thanks, I will follow the guidelines henceforth.

Perhaps it would be worth hard-coding guidelines concerning formatting
(spaces surrounding "=", upper/lower case for unicode, ...), applicable
to all languages.

Also I realize that each language should needs its own set of standards,
as well as a glossary, in order to maintain a reasonable consistency.
Since I will be attacking pretty much all French files in the near
future I will draft guidelines for the French translation on the wiki.
