Product reviews in ecommerce will add cancelled reviews into the total and (it seems) the average reviewed score when displaying the number of reviews and average rating for a product.

Hi Si

I can't see the behaviour you've mentioned, I assume by cancelled you mean reviews with a statusId of PRR_DELETED?  The code pulling up the stats looks fine(ie. pulls up only approved reviews), the only thing you might want check is that your cache is cleared after cancelling the review as the reviews are pulled up using product.getRelatedCache.
