For few months now the tests randomy fail on Buildbot. When it happens, it's always and only the SOAP and XML-RPC which fail. Nothing alike happens locally, even on Windows.
I thought it's could be somehow related with tests running in parallel but It does not make sense since, on one VM, the builds (of any project) run one after the other. And even if OFBiz builds can be run by 3 different VMs, then they can't collide (not same VM)
Note: at the moment we have a pending issue with tests on trunk and R16 but we are aware of it and Deepak said he will work on it:
