When you encounter an issue while trying to render a Birt Flexible Report at birt/control/ExecuteFlexibleReport or birt/control/DisplayFlexibleReportSearchForm the error.jsp page does not show and you only see a ":ERROR MESSAGE:" at bottom of screen when using the Tomahawk theme. The message is visible with the Raimbow and Flat Grey themes
