Set no-auto-stamp flag for entities Visit, ServerHit and ServerHitBin in entitymodel.xml to "true" since automatically created timestamps take up space and hold nonessential time information for this statistic entities with their more precise business time fields (e.g. fromDate and thruDate from Visit)
