Hi

In the current 16.11 release you cannot create a new accounting company manually. When I try I get a blank page. [http://i.imgur.com/B89t9ls.png]

Steps to recreate the error:
1. Go to Accounting / Organization GL Settings
2. Click create new accounting company
3. Select an Organization Party ID
4. Click create new accounting company
