cancelling an order still add an item on promotioin

I created an order which added some promotion items on the order. But when I try to cancel the item purchased one of the promotion items is canceled but the other item is still added.
the main item code in question is WG-9943-B4 - Giant Widget B4.

The promotion item which automatically gets created is WG-1111 - Micro Chrome Widget. This is on the demo seed data provided with ofbiz.

Did anyone else receive the same error.

that is a promotion: if you spend more than $100 you get a WG-1111 item.

Thank u for your answer.
Maybe i didn't desribe very clear. For example, I booked A and get one promotion item B. later I cancel  A and the B was canceled automatically, but also automatically added another B to the order. And if i cancel the second B, the function doesn't  work. The status of B is still 'created', aslo the QOH is not equal to ATP+SOno.
does anyone know this??
