Steps to reproduce:
1. Select Accounting from Applications.
2. Select Organization GL Settings from Accounting Manager.
3. Click on accounting.
4. Click on Reports
5. Select Cost Centers
6. Choose Fiscal Gl Type drop-down.

Actual result: on selecting Gl Type from drop-down, selected Gl Type is reflecting twice.

Expected result: Selected value should come only once in drop-down after report generation.
