Billing account entity has a field named "contactMechId".

Actual:
1. We can update the postal address of billing account but we do not have the history of a postal address.
2. If contact mech of billing account is updated then we do not have the history of last billing account contact mech.

Expected :
1. We should have the history of billing account.
2. we can introduce new entity "BillingAccountContactMech" where we can manage the history of billing account contact mech.
