*Steps to regenerate-*
1. Login to application.
2. Go to "party" component and open any party profile view page.
3. Go to "Identification Numbers" panel.
4. Create a "New" identification number for the party.
5. Now, go back to Party Profile View Page.
6. In "Identification Numbers" panel, click on "Update" button for the identification number.
7. The "Update Party Identification" page will render with success message but the number is yet to be updated.
8. Also, click on "Update" button in the "List Identification Number" panel. The success message is showed again and the number is yet to be updated.
