Ismail, rather than you suggested fix, I put the partyDecoratorLocation in the assetmaint web.xml file in
trunk r1784144
R16.11 r1784158

I tested only trunk, and did not backport yet in R15/14. I will later. Please confirm it's OK with you, thanks.
