Hi Jacques,
Here is the updated patch with suggested changes, also removed unused changes from the patch.

I run testIntegration and no test fail related to auto-accounting-budget-tests.testCreateBudget or auto-accounting-budget-tests.testUpdateBudgetStatus occured locally on my linux machine.
