As there is no support for elrte since elrte-1.3 [https://github.com/Studio-42/elRTE] it is to be replaced with some other good editor :
 * 139 releases
 * Good community support of 101 contributors
 * Licence - GNU LESSER GENERAL PUBLIC LICENSE Version 2.1, February 1999
