Description:
Steps to regenerate:
1) Open URL [
https://demo-trunk.ofbiz.apache.org/sfa/control/Events]
2) Click on the event created.
3) To add the rates amount of events, click on the "Rates" button.
4) Add the rate amount and click on Add.
5) Try to delete the Rate Amount.
Actual: Not able to expire the rate amount and an error is displayed.
