Description:
Could not get e-mail services to work on a new ofbiz installation. Trace log shows mail failed because "Mail notifications disabled in general.properties", even though this is enabled:
/ofbiz/framework/common/config/general.properties
# – mail notifications enabled (Y|N)
mail.notifications.enabled=Y
