Thanks for your contribution!
Blocker priority is only used to prevent official OFBiz releases, so for very important bugs. I degraded to Major. I also removed the labels, they did not help to make researches :)
I kept the important flag, I understand it's important for you. I removed the patch flag, you did not attach any patch. Anyway we don't use much this flag we rather set the status to "Patch Provided". Please read [

Also, please could you check if R17 and trunk are also affected?
