    Description: Usage of {{"foo".toLowerCase()}} should be preferred to {{"foo".toLowerCase(Locale.getDefault())}} which is equivalent but more verbose. Likewise for {{toUpperCase()}}.  (was: Usage of {{"foo".toLowerCase()}} should be preferred to
